Strategic Business Coaching Turkey was founded in 2012 by Ahmet Yilmaz, a former international business consultant with 15 years of experience working with multinational corporations across Europe and the Middle East. After witnessing the untapped potential of small and medium businesses in Turkey, Ahmet recognized that many Turkish entrepreneurs had the drive and vision but lacked the strategic guidance necessary to scale their operations effectively.

What began as a one-person consultancy in a small Ankara office has grown into Turkey's premier business coaching firm for SMEs. In our first year, we worked with just eight local businesses. By our third year, our client base had grown to over 50 companies, and we expanded to Istanbul to meet growing demand.

The turning point came in 2018 when we developed our proprietary "Strategic Growth Framework" specifically tailored for the Turkish market. This methodology, combining global best practices with local market insights, delivered such significant results that our client retention rate reached 92% and referrals became our primary source of new business.
